World Architecture 100

Building Design commissioned Nick to sub-edit and lay out its prestigious WA100 supplement, a guide to the 100 leading architectural practices across the globe. The project involved ensuring that all copy was written and presented to the highest possible standard and then selecting imagery from each practice’s portfolio – Nick’s experience of writing and editing for architectural magazines meant that he was able to highlight the most relevant or newsworthy buildings. He arranged 30 pages of listings and photography using a predesigned template in InDesign, edited all the features and analysis, and translated raw data from the survey into a series of tables. WA100 2016 is available to buy in print and digital formats.
